All are welcome.<br /><br />The Alzheimer&#39;s Association, Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter provides free Care Consultations to families that are confidential and personalized to the needs of individuals and families. <br /><br />Care consultations help families:<br />Develop an understanding of a dementia diagnosis<br />Identify available resources<br />Develop strategies for navigating decisions and challenges<br />Make a plan for the future<br /><br />Care Consultants have expertise and experience in the field of dementia care. Consultations are provided by phone or video conference and can include family members in separate locations.<br /><br />NN offers live transcription of the event so you can read along with the spoken word during the presentation.
