MEETING TIME AND PLACE: 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2023 on the bike path in the rear of the Stop & Shop, 228 King Street, Northampton (between Stop & Shop and Liquors 44).
DIRECTIONS: The Stop & Shop is located at 228 King Street in Northampton. The meeting place is at the rear of the Stop & Shop. As you FACE the store, the meeting place is to your left at the rear of the store by the bike path. There is parking nearby.
PARKING: There are several parking lots in the area that provide ample parking.
DESCRIPTION OF WALK: Depending on the weather, the group will either walk east on the bike path to Hadley, or west to Florence. We plan on walking about 1-3 miles at a moderate pace. Each person walks at her/his own pace and walks only as far as they wish. There is no obligation to complete the walk or walk a certain distance.
RESTROOMS: The Stop & Shop has restrooms in the rear of the store that are open to the public. Facemasks may be required.
