At Northampton Neighbors’ first Community Forum, on May 23, Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra answered NN members’ questions for more than an hour. She addressed topics ranging from the possibility of creating a municipal light plant and broadband network to when decaying sidewalks might be fixed. The questions had been previously sent in by NN members, which gave Sciarra time to research the issues and present often detailed responses.
